We are excited to share the latest product updates from SeedBlink as we continue to build the financial infrastructure for tech entrepreneurs and investors. Our goal is to provide a single, interoperable set of solutions that streamline financial services and business operations. In this newsletter, we will highlight the key advancements made in the past quarter.
We are pleased to introduce a new option for companies and investors: Syndicates.
Founders and lead investors can now leverage our platform to raise investment rounds by bundling smaller tickets from their friends and supporters into a single cap table line. One example of this is the recent #Dinamo2028 round. With our expertise in legal and financial matters, we have streamlined the financing journey, making it easier for founders or business angels to manage round setup and post-investment operations. Syndicates provide an efficient way to raise funds and enhance the overall fundraising experience.
Furthermore, we share some of these syndicate opportunities within our network, marking them as "Syndicates" on the platform. As an investor, you gain access to these deals at lower pricing, including discounted access fees and carry.
In addition to syndicates, we also offer VC-Backed deals where we co-invest alongside institutional investors. These deals provide personalized financing journeys based on agreed-upon term sheets. To compare pricing between syndicates and VC-backed opportunities, please visit this page.
We are delighted to announce that the SeedBlink Secondary Market is hosting its quarterly event this July. By July 31, all payments and paperwork will be finalized, ensuring shareholders are promptly updated. Our bulletin board currently offers an array of 46 European tech companies (with equity rounds), expanding investment options for our valued investors.
The secondary market is designed to benefit individual investors by providing early liquidity for startups' shares, typically considered an illiquid asset class. It enables you to free up capital, invest at different risk profiles, and seize missed opportunities from the primary market. Please note that there is a minimum transaction fee of €30 (or 3%) for both buyers and sellers, while the transaction amount is negotiated between the parties.

As a startup founder, I am happy to witness SeedBlink’s dedication to expanding their support for early-stage companies beyond funding, towards a healthy equity management via Nimity. Running the financing round was like any other fundraising; we had to be active in our community as well as in SeedBlink's investor community. After the launch, everything happened very quickly, and SeedBlink organized several pitch events for investors, which we found very useful for the round momentum.

In the early stages, we have been funded by several early (angel) investors, and one and a half year ago through an equity crowdfunding campaign on SeedBlink. SeedBlink boosted our brand exposure and facilitated the financial support we were seeking.
