We are pleased to invite you to our first AgriTech investment opportunity and Pitch & Q&A session dedicated to Agremo. Founded in Serbia but with HQ in Delaware, USA, Agremo is a SaaS-based precision agriculture platform that analyses aerial imagery using proprietary and enriched AI, machine learning, and computer vision engine to extract the most accurate and reliable actionable insights and data for farmers to make the right decisions and achieve impact.

With Agremo, farmers, agronomists, drone and remote sensing experts can successfully plan, monitor, and analyze agricultural activities and find out what is happening in their fields at any given time during the growing season for almost any crop species.

🗓️ The private opportunity will begin on Thursday (April 21), at 10:00 AM (GMT+2).

Why we love Agremo

  • Backed by South Central Ventures, VC specialized in early-stage high-growth companies in SEE.
  • Addressing a global market - the startup is capable of becoming a leader in agricultural analytics, able to tackle some of the major existing global challenges such as climate change, food security, land exploitation, etc.
  • Major global companies in its customer portfolio: Adama, KWS, Black Farms.
  • Revenue of €370,000 in FY2021 (€320,000 ARR), with a target to reach €1 million ARR by end of the year.
  • Scalable business model: enterprise-level SaaS, with an average contract value of €25,000 - €30,000.
  • Sales at an inflection point - the startup learned to adapt its sales cycle to the cyclicality of agriculture and take advantage of opportunities that arise during the peak season for large companies.
  • Amer Fatayer joined as a late co-founder with significant M&A background to develop strategic joint venture partnerships in Southeast Asia and MENA to take the business to the next level.
  • Recognized by appengine.ai and StartUs Insights as one of the top field monitoring Agritech startups in 2021.

We are hosting a special Pitch & Q&A session on Wednesday, April 19, where you can attend, ask questions and learn all about Agremo together. The event starts at 17:00 (GMT+2) and will take place online on Zoom.

The discussion will be opened by Milan Dobrota - CEO & co-founder, Amer Fatayer - co-founder and investor, and Eric Bartha - Investment Manager of SeedBlink.
