Yes. You can start your round with investors from your own network. We'll onboard them, handle all the contracts, compliance, and payment collection seamlessly.
You only pay the 2% success fee (minimum €3,000, maximum €20,000) when you successfully close your funding round. Additional investor fees ($50 per investor beyond 25) are also only charged after successful closing. If you don't raise funds, you only pay the monthly fee.

Yes! If you raise over €25,000 privately and pass our eligibility criteria, you can expand your round to SeedBlink's retail investor network. There's a €2,000 listing fee plus 5% success fee for the public portion.
