Andrei Hâncu, SeedBlink's CLO, launches a legal boutique for the venture ecosystem, in partnership with SeedBlink

A hybrid legal practice built from 150+ venture deals and extensive in-house experience, now embedded in Europe's deal execution platform.

Bucharest, 31 March 2026 - After six years building the infrastructure for how Europe's venture deals get done, SeedBlink adds the one layer that was always missing. SeedBlink Legal, operated by Andrei Hâncu Law Office, launches today as the legal arm of Europe's integrated deal execution platform.

Most legal services in the venture space were not built for the people using them. Founders face legal mechanisms they struggle to interpret, while investors deal with headaches that slow the entire investment journey.  The consequence is a cycle of delays, misalignment, and avoidable expenses that introduce friction.

This is exactly the gap SeedBlink Legal was built to close.

Built from 150+ deals, launched for the next thousands

SeedBlink Legal is designed from the ground up to serve founders, investors, angel networks, family offices, VCs, and PEs navigating every stage of growth, from first term sheet to an exit.

It is a structural addition to SeedBlink's value proposition, completing an end-to-end infrastructure that now covers multiple fundraising solutions, investment syndicates, equity management, secondary transactions, and legal.

"Private markets are moving faster than ever and the legal infrastructure supporting them has not kept pace. SeedBlink was built to change how founders and investors access and execute deals. Legal was the one puzzle piece of that infrastructure that was missing, and it consistently introduced the most friction at the worst moments.

SeedBlink Legal closes that loop. Built by someone who has been inside every stage of this company's growth and stayed close to multiple deals, we believe it is the legal layer the private markets need right now." - Andrei Dudoiu, Co-founder & CEO, SeedBlink

The legal arm of SeedBlink

SeedBlink Legal operates on a hybrid model that is deliberately different from both traditional law firms and pure legal technology products.

AI agents and workflow automations will handle the heavy lifting of document drafting, review, and due diligence, compressing turnaround times from weeks to days, and from days to hours.

All documents are drafted using legal design principles: plain English (no “legalese”), clean document architecture, and mechanisms that both sides of a deal can understand without a law degree.

  • VC / PE investments: From term sheets to completion, acting for both companies seeking funding and investors looking to deploy.
  • Stock option plans: Equity incentive plans that actually work, without the operational and bureaucratical bottlenecks.
  • Corporate / M&A: Everything equity related. From early-stage reorganizations to exits, corporate transactions with a commercial outcome in mind.
  • Flips and redomiciliation: Corporate restructuring for flips into the US, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Estonia, and other key jurisdictions.
  • Commercial contracts: Clear contracts that close faster. In plain English, with mechanisms that both sides can effortlessly understand.
  • General Counsel as a Service: An embedded legal department on a predictable pricing system, without the overhead of a full-time hire, handling everything from day-to-day questions to board-level strategy.

A lawyer who has been on both sides of the table

Andrei Hâncu spent over ten years at the intersection of law and the investment ecosystem. His background includes top-tier law firm experience across complex M&A, corporate reorganizations, and VC/PE investments. For the past five years he has served as Chief Legal Officer at SeedBlink, building the platform's regulatory compliance framework, designing its fiduciary infrastructure from scratch and providing legal support across 150+ venture rounds.

“I stopped being surprised by how much friction legal introduces into moments that should be moving fast. You cannot sit inside that many transactions without developing very strong opinions about what legal should look and feel like for the people in the room.

The pressure founders operate under, the urgency investors expect, and the moments when a misunderstood clause costs someone something real - I have seen it all. SeedBlink Legal is what I wish had existed for every founder and investor I have worked with: someone genuinely in their corner who understands not just the legal mechanics, but what those decisions mean in the bigger business picture.” - Andrei Hâncu, CLO at SeedBlink and Founder at SeedBlink Legal

SeedBlink Legal is operated by Andrei Hâncu Law Office, maintaining full professional independence while being embedded in SeedBlink's ecosystem.

For SeedBlink, this is not a new product. It is the completion of six years of infrastructure: fundraising, investment syndicates, equity management, secondaries, and now legal - all under one platform, built around the belief that founders and investors deserve to move with confidence at every stage.
