Arcanna AI

Arcanna AI recently announced its recognition as a Sample Vendor in Gartner's Hype Cycle for Security Operations, 2025, specifically under the AI SOC Agents category on July 29, 2025. This recognition highlights Arcanna's position in developing AI solutions that augment security investigations and reduce false positives in cybersecurity operations. The inclusion in Gartner's analysis represents a significant milestone for the company's "Ultimate Human-AI Partnership in Cybersecurity" approach, positioning them among notable vendors in the AI-driven security operations landscape.

Bunnyshell

Bunnyshell launched Hopx, a smart tool that helps developers turn any Git code project into a working Docker setup - automatically and with no extra steps. Hopx looks at the code, understands how it works, tests it, and then creates the files needed to run it in Docker or Docker Compose, all in just a few minutes. During a live demo, Bunnyshell showed how Hopx can save developers hours by skipping the usual manual setup and creating ready-to-use environments instantly. This release came just weeks after they added tools for fast recovery in cloud systems using Kubernetes. With Hopx and these new features, Bunnyshell is making it much easier and faster for developers to manage and automate cloud projects.

Dronamics

As a result of the investment Dronamics received last month from the European Innovation Council, they’ve ramped up production and scaled the launch of Dronamics’ “Black Swan” cargo drone, which is designed and manufactured entirely in Europe.

They’ve also shifted its commercial flight launch focus from Greece to Bulgaria, aiming to start operations there by year-end while keeping Greece and Portugal on the roadmap. The STEP initiative was recognized by CEO Svilen Rangelov as a lifeline for Europe’s drone sector, positioning Dronamics as the EU’s only actively funded civilian cargo drone platform. Dronamics re-emphasized its dual-use tech approach, prioritizing logistics and ISR missions for both civilian and government clients. The company highlighted access to over 3,000 mostly unused European airfields for rapid expansion, supported by growing international partnerships and a robust pipeline.

Cornel Amariei, Founder & CEO, delivered a keynote titled “Pedestrian Autonomous Driving for the Blind: Reimagining AI for Global Inclusion”, where he introduced the concept of using self-driving car technology to guide people instead of vehicles. Attendees experienced a live demo of .lumen’s AI-powered smart glasses - the world’s first wearable that mimics a guide dog through haptic feedback and spatial AI - offering a bold glimpse into the future of accessibility and independence for the blind.

Mewery

Mewery made headlines by announcing the successful development of a stable cultivated pork cell line, marking a crucial step forward in scaling its proprietary microalgae-based cultivated meat technology. Alongside this technical milestone, the Czech startup secured over €3 million in government and EU grants - including a notable Czech government grant of nearly €200,000—which will support its progress toward commercializing its alternative protein products. Nearly 47% of these offers came from universities ranked in the global top 100, marking a notable rise from previous years and highlighting increasing competitiveness among Romanian applicants. The United States continued to attract high achievers, yielding over 50 offers (many from Ivy League and top 100 schools), with the proportion of elite offers in the US up to 53.85% this year. Upgrade Education’s 2025 milestone report reflects its leading role in Romanian education consultancy, empowering more students to access elite global education and compete at the highest international level, while emphasising the importance of personal development as well as academic accomplishments.

These July developments reinforce Bolt’s standing as a global leader in integrated, data-driven mobility solutions.

Databricks

In July 2025, Databricks made some big updates to its AI platform, which helps companies work with data in the cloud more easily. One of the main new features is Agent Bricks - a tool that helps different AI programs work together to solve complex tasks without needing people to manage each step. They also released a new version of Databricks SQL, which adds more advanced tools for working with data and makes it easier to write complex queries.

For security and control, they improved how companies can manage and protect their data using real-time rules. On the tech side, they introduced free serverless workspaces to test ideas quickly, better support for using GPUs, new tools to build data workflows faster, and big improvements to dashboards - including quicker theme changes and a history of recent queries.

They also launched a new partnership with SAP, so companies using SAP’s data tools can now access Databricks features directly. This helps them get better insights and use AI more effectively with the data they already trust.

Epic Games

Epic Games had a big month in July 2025, mainly because more game studios started using Unreal Engine 6, which now includes better AI tools and real-time animation features that make game creation faster and more creative. Backed by major names like Microsoft, NVIDIA, Intel Capital, and Jeff Bezos, Figure recently started testing its Figure 02 robots with companies like BMW and a large U.S. delivery service. These robots use the company’s own Helix AI technology, which helps them see, understand, and act like humans. As robot production has tripled this summer and more companies start using them, SeedBlink’s offer gives rare access to one of the world’s most advanced AI robotics companies.

Koenigsegg

Koenigsegg revealed its fastest and most advanced car yet: the Sadair’s Spear. With 1,625 horsepower, it’s lighter than the Jesko, has better grip, and less air resistance. At the Goodwood Festival of Speed, it beat a lap record by 1.1 seconds, proving just how powerful it is. Only 30 cars will be made, each costing around £3.3 million, and they’re already all sold.

Besides power, the car includes high-tech features like turbine-shaped wheels that improve grip and cooling, better brakes, stronger cooling systems, and a racing-style interior that still feels luxurious. It’s not just fast—it’s smart, comfortable, and a glimpse into the future of hypercars.
