Kicking off the new year, January brought strong activity across our portfolio companies. As teams hit the ground running, the month brought new launches, early partnerships, and meaningful growth milestones that set the pace for the year ahead.
Here are some of the key updates from across the portfolio.
Bright Spaces continued to build international visibility across the global PropTech ecosystem, earning a nomination at the Global PropTech & ConTech Awards, organized by PropTech Connect and Global PropTech. The nomination recognized Bright Spaces’ work in shaping the future of office leasing through intelligent 3D space planning.
Bogdan Nicoara, co-founder and CEO of Bright Spaces, will also speak at PropTech Connect Middle East, taking place between February 4 and 5 at the Grand Hyatt in Dubai, joining industry leaders to discuss how technology is redefining the next generation of real estate.
Contents rolled out a new notification system designed to give users real-time visibility into platform activity and operational updates. The initial release introduces automated alerts for batch order execution, helping teams stay informed about critical workflows without needing to monitor processes manually. The update marks the first phase of a broader rollout, with additional notification types planned to further expand visibility across the platform.
Hunch strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Scott Knoll to its board, marking an important step in the company’s next phase of growth. The board addition underscores Hunch’s focus on building strong governance and strategic leadership as it enters its next chapter of growth.
Hyperhuman launched a new Movement Recognition capability within its white-label consumer app, expanding how digital health and fitness platforms track and deliver workout experiences. The feature was introduced in partnership with ASENSEI.
The update enables real-time rep counting, technique cues, and movement-quality insights, transforming standard workouts into motion-aware sessions. Built directly into Hyperhuman’s existing workflow, the functionality allows teams to publish movement-enabled experiences into their branded apps without adding new products or operational complexity.
inHEART supported a major clinical milestone in South America with the successful completion of the region’s first Chagas ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation using its AI-powered cardiac mapping software. The procedure was performed at Hospital do Coração in Brazil by Dr. Juan Zerpa and Dr. Felipe Ortencio, integrating inHEART’s 3D anatomical modeling with electroanatomical mapping to support precise clinical decision-making.
.lumen had a standout showing at CES 2026, winning the CTA Foundation Pitch Competition Award for Accessibility for its Pedestrian Autonomous Driving AI technology. The award highlighted the company’s Glasses for the Blind, an AI-powered wearable designed to enable safe, hands-free navigation for visually impaired users, without requiring internet connectivity or pre-mapped environments.
The company also announced a collaboration with Arrow Electronics to support the scaling of production for its Glasses for the Blind. Through the partnership, Arrow is providing engineering expertise and supply chain support to help move the technology from early deployments toward broader market availability.
Licenseware was featured for the second consecutive year in the Gartner Market Guide for Software Asset Management (SAM) tools, reinforcing its position in a competitive and fast-evolving category. The recognition reflects the company’s steady progress and sets the stage for further product expansion as Licenseware continues to scale its platform and roadmap.
Nordensa announced the launch of Nordensa® Transfers, the world’s first football transfers bidding platform, aiming to modernize one of the most outdated processes in professional football. The new platform replaces fragmented, phone-based negotiations with a single digital space for listing, pitching, and bidding on talent.
Designed for clubs and licensed agents, Nordensa® Transfers streamlines negotiations around transfer fees, salaries, bonuses, and add-ons, helping reduce delays that can stretch deals from days into weeks or even months. The launch comes at a time when the global transfer market has surpassed $10 billion in fees, highlighting the need for a more transparent and efficient approach.
Swisspod successfully completed the first test run of AERYS 1. The achievement represents a strong technical proof point as Swisspod continues advancing high-speed, sustainable mobility solutions.
The milestone coincided with Swisspod’s presence at the Deep Tech Investor Summit in Zurich, held on January 26–27, where the team engaged with global investors and industry leaders focused on next-generation transportation and deep-tech innovation.
Vestinda recently wrapped up Invest Summit 2026, drawing more than 12,000 attendees to one of Romania’s largest online events dedicated to money and investing. Held over three evenings and streamed live and free, the summit brought together 10 speakers from across investing, economics, psychology, and neuroscience, offering participants a structured path from financial intention to action.
