Andrei Dudoiu is the CEO and co-founder of SeedBlink.Leveraging over 20 years in banking and financial markets, Andrei entered the entrepreneurial world by co-founding Human Finance in 2018 to create digital tools for startup investment readiness, which laid the foundation for SeedBlink’s launch in 2020.
Andrei served as president of SeedBlink's board of directors from 2020 to 2024, before becoming CEO.

Mihai has a career of 15 years working in various IT companies and 10 years in sales, helping customers from various industries in their digital transformation journey.
Currently in Hubspot as an account executive and team lead, working with companies from CEE.
