9. DATA STORAGE

We will preserve your personal data only for the period necessary to carry out the purposes for which the data were collected, as stated in this Briefing Note. In any case, personal data collected for the purposes mentioned in Article 5 of this Briefing Note will be preserved for as long as necessary to ensure your access to the Website or to facilitate and to provide you with the Company's services, in addition to the duration of any time limit applicable as a result of the termination of any of the Company's services.

Please consider the following:

IDENTITY. We take very seriously the confidentiality of all records containing personal data and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of your identity if you make a request for such records.

FEES. We will not charge you any fees to exercise any of your rights in relation to your personal data, unless your request for access to information is unfounded, repetitive or excessive, in which case we will charge you a reasonable fee given the circumstances. We will notify you of any fees before filling in your application.

TERMS. We try to respond to any requests valid within one (1) month, unless it is extremely complicated or you have made several requests, in which case the one month period may be extended by two months. Any such extension will be notified to you. We may also ask you for clarification or additional information to help us solve your request more quickly.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. We do not have to comply with a request if it would affect the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.
