Our history

Founded in early 2020 by four senior executives with experience in technology, finance and entrepreneurship, SeedBlink is today the all-in-one solution for equity management and financing. With deep regional roots, we enable the European network of business leaders and investors to manage their equity right from a single source of truth.

From day one, we have ensured that the European tech ecosystem has access to a curated investment and financing process. What we’ve learned in the past years has proved that to do that right, we must address each equity ownership component. And this is why we strive to build the complete solution for that today.

2023

Successful transition to a Nominee as an operational model.

2022

Licensed under the ECSPR to facilitate Pan-European investments.

First acquisition completed: SeedBlink x Symbid (Netherlands) joined forces.
