Dear investor,
We continue our journey to build a European infrastructure for financing technology companies. A common theme we see is the need for harmonized and clear rules for consolidation between countries to easily replicate business models. We are one step closer to submitting the pan-European authorisation for crowdfunding providers.
European funding consolidation is important. Together, we are reinventing the way we drive the world forward by supporting innovation while being shareholders.
New key updates we have been working on in H1'22 will be announced soon. Until then, we are racing - to grow the pipeline of tech opportunities, drive investor and founder community engagement for greater synergies, and build the infrastructure to help us achieve this vision.
Morgan Housel, the author of Psychology of Money, distinguishes between rich and wealthy people, defining wealth as not what we see as money spent, but the investments we make. Good reminder also that the real value of money is that it gives us control over our time.
I congratulate you for choosing wisely,
Andrei Dudoiu

It provides a good opportunity to invest together with other VC companies, which was not so easy before_” - said Traycho Ivanov, Lead Software Engineer.
“_SeedBlink brings a disciplined approach to a vibrant and diverse startup community. Their experienced team vetting and coaching entrepreneurs, the ease of contract execution and administration through the online platform, the outstanding communication support, and the access to interesting opportunities in Eastern Europe are appealing to foreign investors_” said Diana Dram, Read Investments.
