We are shocked and saddened by the events unfolding in 🇺🇦 and are fully supportive of the efforts to assist the Ukrainian people and to protect the values of human dignity, democracy, respect of the law, and freedom, at risk due to the current Russian military aggression.

From our community, we are reaching out to Ukrainian - investors, portfolio companies with employees there, journalists we have interacted with, and VC partners - to express our solidarity and support. • With the new financing round of €600,000 - signed with Fortech Investments, SIF Transilvania, and Sparking Capital - KFactory has achieved a four-fold valuation.
• Oveit announced a partnership with Polygon Studios, aimed at making the process of creating and selling Non-Fungible Token Tickets ("NFT Tickets") as easy as possible.

⚙️ PRODUCT UPDATES

SeedBlink Club – New add-on

At the beginning of February, we invited some of you to give us feedback and get early access to a new product we plan to roll out in April – SeedBlink Club meant to support higher portfolio diversification. Given the positive reactions and enrolments, we are extending the offer (discount 25% until the end of March) for early adopters to all of you.

Extended Funding Committee

Another experiment we are working on is to give you a preview for some of the startups in our pipeline and invite you to share your feedback for us to better match the opportunities we bring on the platform but also to find domain experts who want an active role in our Funding committee and post-investment as mentors and advisors for the startups. MyPortfolio Update

Following the customer survey from the beginning of the year, one common feedback was to provide insights into the startups’ evolution and the respective investments. This is a priority for us, and we are working hard to update “My Portfolio” to show follow-on participation and new reports offering deeper insights into your funded startups. The plan is to release these new features by the end of March; meanwhile, please check the quarterly reports from the Alumni and their requests for support.
