Nominee

A Nominee is a legal entity with separate and distinct rights, similar to a person or corporation. In a Nominee, a party known as a beneficiary gives another party, the nominee, the right to hold title to and manage property or assets. Thus, we will have a Beneficiary and a Nominee, who legally holds the shares/assets.

Nominees are highly versatile vehicles that can be used for various purposes to achieve specific goals. In the case of SeedBlink, the Nominee is used to make investments on behalf of the investors registered on the platform, natural or legal persons.

Nominees have benefits in asset management as they offer privacy for investors, and they have an easy set-up for realising the investments.
