Lead Investor

In general, lead investors are sophisticated and experienced investors accustomed to raising capital. Key investors are deeply involved in the round and have significant responsibilities throughout the financing process.

They are the ones who will cover the gap between the initial capital and the capital coming out from investment funds in the later stages of the development. Their role is decisive in many business projects as they may perform the role of mentor and provide money and experience, advice, contact networks, and business vision.
