Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)




ARR is an economic metric that shows the recurring revenue a business can expect per year, from sources such as subscriptions or contracts.  It is determined by multiplying with 12 (months) the difference between the Monthly Recurring Revenue and Monthly Recurring Revenue Churn (MRR - MRR Churn).
