AI that works for your team: how Evopath is redefining productivity and employee success
Founded by Bogdan Neacsu, Evopath is on a mission to transform how teams and managers approach productivity.

By combining AI-assisted task management, learning, and rewards, Evopath empowers employees to work smarter, not harder. With the support of leading investors and early client success stories, Evopath is positioned to become a key player in the global productivity and corporate education markets.

Bogdan Neacșu, co-founder and CEO of Evopath, brings extensive SaaS sales and technology experience to the table. With a proven track record of leading innovation and successful exits, Bogdan’s vision for Evopath is rooted in making AI an enabler for people, not a replacement.

1. What inspired you to start Evopath?

I spent the past 15 years living and working in places like Milan, Luxembourg and London, selling SaaS and leading technology sales teams. The single common problem of all my clients was “I need to be innovative, I plan to buy robots to do the repetitive stuff and I will ask my people to do the new stuff. So how do I convince my people to learn how to do the more valuable activities, so I can be more profitable?” That’s why I returned to Romania and I built Evopath, which is the answer to that question.

2. How does Evopath’s AI-powered task management platform work, and what makes it stand out from other productivity tools?

We focus on the specific use cases that grow profitability for our clients, and fast. How? We make sure that the task gets done. There’s a plethora of tools out there that do a very solid job of administering tasks. We use AI to include learning and rewards with every task so people are both knowledgeable and motivated so they will do the job.

3. What are the key benefits Evopath delivers to managers and employees, and how do these translate into measurable results?

We use AI to save managers dozens of hours when creating tasks. Evopath also uses task-specific learning to make it easy for the employees to solve their valuable tasks. Time saved for the manager, efficiency for the manager, and profitability for the team.

4. How did you secure early support from your VC and angel backers?

I actually asked investors, too: “Why did you invest?” I was humbled to learn from Andrei Pitis of Simple Capital, for example, one of our early day's mentor and investor, that his own decision to invest was motivated by the Evopath team:

  • professionally, my 20 years of international sales experience and my co-founder’s, 20 years of tech entrepreneurship building SaaS
  • personally, on my proven resilience, and the long term working relationship between me and my co-founder.

I built on that momentum by raising an investment round on Seedblink. We just kicked off our public round, we are almost halfway to our target amount, and we’re still offering 20% discount to early investors, by the end of 2024.

5. What kind of interest or excitement has Evopath seen from companies, and how are these early partnerships shaping your future strategy?

We garnered amazing excitement from clients and partners alike because AI is a must-have technology these days and productivity has always been a killer application for new technologies, when applied right. Vodafone is using Evopath and giving us great feedback on how to best add value to clients, while Microsoft is an early technology partner, expanding into commercial opportunities.

6. What are the next big milestones on Evopath’s roadmap?

We plan to raise a second investment round in a year’s time. On the revenue front, we plan to hit the 1M Eur mark in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) by the end of 2025. Our twelve-quarter-strategy is to reach 5M Eur ARR by the end of 2027 going to market where we already have a foothold with investors or early adopters: Romania, UK, France, Luxembourg.

7. For investors, why is now the right time to support Evopath?

This is not our first rodeo. My partner and I have been building and selling SaaS internationally for many years. We’ve made our own 6 figure investment into Evopath already and the sooner early investors contribute, the sooner we raise the money we need to go to market, the better the position we are in to return their investment at a better multiplier and exceed expectations.
