Investment Syndicate

An investment syndicate is an association or union of people who put together their funds and/or resources to become a part of a significant transaction. Coming together as partners allows them to engage in a transaction that otherwise might be unattainable to an individual. For a group member, the advantage is sharing the risk, governance, and reporting, as the syndicate manager handles all syndicate functions.
