Investor Support Officer




We are looking for an Investor Support Officer, to join our operations team who has a passion for community building, problem-solving, and the startup investment ecosystem. What your responsibilities will be

  • Maintain records of investor interactions
  • Process investor requests and file documents
  • Assist in drafting and/or preparing contracts and investment documents
  • Respond to all investor queries regarding available campaigns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure identification of our new investors by completing short KYC processes
  • Update our internal databases with information
  • Monitor investor complaints received on our customer support platform
  • Handle multiple projects.
