Investor Relations Manager

Currently, we are looking to deepen relationships with our Elite Investors and expand our footprint in Europe with new and cool renowned investors (Business Angels, Family Offices, High Net Worth Individuals, Top Managers) and provide them with great investment opportunities in tech startups.

Your role

Increase SeedBlink European Elite Investors Network

  • Research the European market for top investors in tech startups (Business Angels, Family Offices, High Net Worth Individuals)
  • Attend and present at industry-relevant investor events.
  • Approach Investors to present SeedBlink investment opportunities.
  • Register Investors in the Seedblink platform and the VIP /Elite programs
  • To assist in the drafting and/or preparation of investment documents, reports and other relevant materials.

Manage the relationship with Elite investors

  • Inform Investors about investment opportunities on the Seedblink platform, about new platform features and other services, programs and benefits, about Seedblink/ Alumni Events, workshops, etc.
  • Inquire Investors about their ability to help Seedblink Alumni Startups with advice, connections and introductions or other resources.
  • Scout and negotiate new perks for the investor community.
  • Attend or host Investors' Networking events (online/offline).
  • Keep records of investor interactions in the company's CRM.
  • Regularly collect investor feedback and present it to management at regional strategy meetings.

Our expectations

  • More than 5 years of experience as "Investors Relations Manager" (be it private banking, family offices, VC companies)
  • The ability to understand financial jargon
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Venture Capital Experience with investments is a plus
  • Experience in consultative selling is a plus
  • Networking skills, both online and offline
  • Fluent in English, other EU language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work in an agile startup environment
  • Willingness to travel (as far as the COVID context allows
