As an HR Manager at SeedBlink, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team. From recruitment strategies to employee retention, you will be the go-to person ensuring that our human resource practices bolster our ambitious growth trajectory.
- Oversee the entire staffing lifecycle: recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Regularly update job descriptions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and update a competitive compensation strategy through extensive market research.
- Uphold the company's commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Guarantee consistent application of HR policies.
- Maintain up-to-date company organization charts and employee directory.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Conduct regular performance and salary assessments.
- Craft and execute effective employee retention plans.
