Women who Tech: Adela Grigoriu, Co-Founder of Code of Talent
There is a growing number of stories about women in the technology industry successfully developing their start-ups.

Some of the women in tech wanted to share their success with us and enlisted on our platform, where they received the vote of confidence from the investors in our community. We talked to Adela Grigoriu, partner and CEO Co-Factor, but also co-founder of Code of Talent, part of our Alumni community.

  • What motivates you to be a tech startup founder?

We want to become a global company, and the motivation is given by the joy of achieving an extraordinary & innovative thing, which will add value to people's lives and will make a difference. The road is long, but we have overcome the harder part: we managed to create an innovative product, from an idea on paper to execution, translating into code complex processes that needed digitization.

We have invested a lot of energy in creating a tangible product with a real and positive impact in the user's life. Our digital solution can be implemented anywhere, therefore the desire to become an international company is not an ambition without a real basis.

  • What are the "must-haves" for successful founders?

The starting point is the original idea. Then, the ability to give life to a team of experts (the team you build is extremely important), tenacity – you have to believe in what you do and accept that the road is paved with failures, not only success, but you need to continue doing everything in your power, to succeed.

  • What technology fascinates you the most today?

AI & Machine learning.
